What the heck is a Diletto?

Glad you asked! Diletto (like stiletto) means delight in Italian. I wanted something that would represent my desire to surprise and delight people, while giving a nod to my ancestry. Being half Italian (and half German), Diletto was the perfect solution. It was that or freude. Let’s be honest, Italian just sounds prettier!

Are your products really from women-owned businesses only?

Yup. There are so many talented women and husband and wife teams out there! Many of the products are handmade, as well, adding another layer of uniqueness to the products.

How can I get 10% off my first box?

That’s easy… simply sign up for our newsletter (don’t worry, we’ll never spam you) and you will get a promo code to use.

Why are there inconsistencies in some of the products?

Many of our items are handmade, so you may notice slight imperfections or inconsistencies on some of the items. This adds to the unique character of the gifts.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping and taxes are already included in the pricing to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Can I rush my order?

Yes! There will be an additional cost for express shipping. If you want to know the amount before ordering, send me an email at support@dilettoboxes.com. Please let me know what you want to order and the zip code you are sending the box to, so I can let you know the cost. I will create a separate listing for the Express shipping cost that you can use.

Will I get tracking information?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking info.

Do you offer international shipping?

In addition to the US, we offer shipping to Canada. If you want to ship somewhere else, send me an email at support@dilettoboxes.com. Please let me know what you want to order and the zip code you are sending the box to, so I can let you know the cost. Please note any extra duties or fees that incur are the responsibility of the receiver.

How long does it take before you ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process all orders. If you have an emergency need, send us an email at support@dilettoboxes.com and we will do our best to work something out for you. Also note that shipping may take 2-6 days, depending on where you are shipping to (Diletto is shipping from Los Angeles CA).

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique nature of the gifts, we are unable to process returns for the items. If any of the items are broken/damaged in transit, send us an email at support@dilettoboxes.com and we will work to replace the items.

What if I made a mistake and need to change something?

We know mistakes happen even on the best of days. If the item hasn’t shipped, we are happy to make any modification needed.
